Movers were friendly and professional and didn’t even complain about the huge and awkward hutch and ancient king bed I had them remove. They also made it easy to add items and update my list up to the day before the pick up. Would use them again!

LoadUp was extremely responsive in our request to remove the junk from our storage unit. The gentleman who was actually doing the work, Gerardo R was a polite, hardworking young man! He actually had to take 2 days (2 separate loads), but he worked quickly and so hard in this Texas heat! He swept the storage unit clean! Highly recommend.

I am extremely impressed by the customer service I received from LoadUp! From the initial call to a representative to the follow up calls with their team, due to an unexpected delay, not having to do with LoadUp, to the expert service I received from Juan, Louis and Tony I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire service I received. I will absolutely hire them again and will recommend them to my friends, neighbors and family. Great company! Our driver Agusto arrived early. He and his co worker removed our very heavy sofa in a flash. Very friendly guys. Price was reasonable and the sofa will be donsted to someone in need. Thank you

Excellent service. I was able to change pickup times without any problems. I was informed by the folks doing the pickup when they were on their way. They were kind, courteous and efficient. I appreciated every aspect of this process from ordering, paying and pickup. The cost was very competitive.

I needed to have a Queen mattress removed. I called several companies, but ultimately decided to make an appointment with LoadUp to have someone come out to my home on the following day to pick up a Queen mattress. The guy showed up on time. He removed the mattress from my home and loaded it onto his truck. He was fast and efficient, and I really appreciated that. They're providing such a valuable service. I highly recommend using LoadUp Junk Removal for removal service. If I ever need to have something removed in the near future, I will definitely be calling on them again.

Terence and his crew were excellent! This was my first time using this Load Up. I requested a refund on a mattress ordered, and this was the service they contacted to pick it up. I was assured that it would be donated, and not taken to a landfill. Terence was polite, courteous, friendly, helpful, respectful, and prompt! He kept me informed before and en route. Thank you!

Load up did a very nice job. The web app is intuitive and easy to use. They have a very quick turnaround versus some of the other competitor pick up services. And pricing is straight forward on the app ahead of time. The men that picked up our sofas were cordial and professional. I will defijpurely use them again.
